Description of the holiday home:

The spacious living/dining area of the house features a large dining table with 6 chairs and a comfortable cozy sofa with an armchair. The amenities also include a large swivel SAT TV, a small sound system, and a cozy wood-burning stove. For your stay, we provide a selection of games, CDs, magazines, and books, and even a pair of binoculars.

Through a large double-winged terrace door, you can access the covered panoramic terrace with access to the garden. Enjoy the fantastic view of the nature reserve even during breakfast! From the terrace, there is a lockable outdoor storage room available for, e.g., your bicycles.

The kitchen is equipped with high-end technology and extensive utensils. This includes a stove with oven and extractor hood, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator (without freezer compartment). You will also find a filter coffee machine, a Senseo pod machine, a kettle, a toaster, a waffle maker, a hand mixer, an immersion blender, a food processor, a bread slicer, an electric fondue pot, and an electric grill in the kitchen.

The EifelChalet has 2 separate bedrooms: The larger "Cherry Blossom Bedroom" with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and without TV and the smaller "Cuddle Bedroom" with a double bed (180 cm x 190 cm) and with TV.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with an additional rain shower, grab bars, and a foldable seat in the shower, as well as a toilet and urinal, a washbasin, a radio, and a lighted mirror cabinet. A makeup mirror and a hairdryer are also available.

In a separate utility room, you will find a washing machine, laundry basket, clothespins, drying rack, ironing board, and iron. A first-aid kit, fire blanket, and fire extinguisher are prominently placed here, as well as a vacuum cleaner, some laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and cleaning tools.

The house is built on one level and is nearly barrier-free. At the entrance of the house, there is only a low step to overcome, which should not be a problem for wheelchair users. A step must also be overcome from the terrace to the garden. The garden is barrier-free accessible from the parking lot.

You can park directly at the chalet on the property. There is also enough space for a trailer or caravan on the premises. The parking lot is unpaved.

The Eifel Chalet Niederehe



Our Eifel chalet was built in 2017 as a wooden house in log cabin style and used as a residential house until the end of 2024. This traditional sustainable construction method is characterized by its natural appearance and provides a pleasant living atmosphere due to the building material wood. Perfect for your cozy stay in the volcanic Eifel!

By definition, a chalet refers to a mountain or herdsman's hut. But don’t worry – our Eifel chalet is a comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people, offering plenty of amenities for a relaxing stay with us.



Our vacation home has a living area of 91 m2 and is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, a utility room, a hallway, and a large living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the large covered terrace is a lockable storage room for bicycles, for example. A part of the garden can be shared, and a large parking space for cars is available directly at the vacation home.



We are very pleased to have received a 4-star rating from the German Tourism Association for our “Eifel Chalet Niederehe” in February 2025!
