The upstairs apartment is dedicated to the village where the holiday home is located. It is called "Brockscheid." Brockscheid is a small and quiet village in the midst of the Vulkaneifel.

The apartment features a separate kitchen that is fully equipped. A dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee machine provide the opportunity to cater to yourself as you wish.

The terrace is partially covered and practically invites you to use it in any weather.

The bedroom with a double bed is separate from the living room, thus offering all the comfort of a true bedroom.

In the living room on the mezzanine, there is an additional sofa bed.

The shower is at ground level and walk-in.

The associated attic has an additional bathroom with a shower and 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. The apartment thus offers enough space for 6 people; if needed, the sofa bed can also be used, accommodating a maximum of 8 people in this apartment.

The location of the house invites long walks in nature or a game of boules in the designated area. Live and dwell in the heart of the village.
