Siamo un gruppo di 7 persone e siamo stati in questo appartamento dal 10 al 17 agosto 2024. Nicoletta dello staff è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci siamo trovati benissimo e tutto era perfetto.
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic, nestled among pine trees that provide a refreshing shade, which was especially appreciated on sunny days. It helped keep the place cool during the day. Nicoletta was an excellent host—kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions. Her support made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with a well-functioning AC that kept us cool throughout the night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it.
we chose this accommodation as ideal for two families with children to spend their holiday. this was completely fulfilled. quiet place in a pine forest about 600m from the beach. Clean accommodation, fully equipped for our needs. Each family had plenty of privacy and at the same time a shared kitchen. A popular pizzeria with prices lower than at the beachin the city center is about 200m away. An ideal place for families with children. I warmly recommend.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben sie liegt unter den Piniedächer, zu Fuss 10 Min schöner Fussweg an den Strand. Im Oktober ist in Marina di Grosseto nichts mehr los, 1 guter Supermercato und 1 Strandrestaurant hat aber alles geliefert, was wir brauchten um uns zu erholen. Entsprechend hatten wir absolute Ruhe, Glück mit 6 schönen warmen Sonnentagen, die schöne Toskana im Hinterland für Ausflüge (Siena , Saturnia) - einfach alles tiptop! Nicholetta und Jens waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

The property is ideal for a family holiday. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one next to the other and there is a third bedroom on an upper floor. The staircase is quite steep, not ideal for little kids, but still a good option if you have adults sleeping there. The upper bedroom is quite large and has its own private bathroom. The apartment is really clean and has a large balcony with a table where we had spent most of our evenings. The property is all with AC (including the kitchen/living room area), so on very hot days this was really our live-saver. The kitchen utensils are more than enough to have a good meal prepare, it is stocked with fridge and freezer as well as multiple coffee machines so that everyone can do its own type of coffee. The property has a special agreement with the beach club called Capri. While it is amazing beach club (all of them are), it is not the one located closest to this apartment, which means you need to walk a bit further down the beach to reach it. It is about a 10/15 minute walk (and the beach is a 5 minute walk).
Wir haben die Zeit im Appartement Timone sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war tiptop und sauber. Die Lage im Pinienwald ist ruhig und schön. Man kann sich gut erholen und schöne Ferien machen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.
Sehr gemütliches Häuschen mit allem was man braucht. Schön gelegen im Pinienwald, grosse Terasse, nahe am Strand.
Sehr schöne Wohnung in Wohngegend nahe am Sandstrand mit unzähligen Möglichkeiten zum Rennradfahren und Mountainbiken rund um Castiglione und im Naturpark Maremma bei Albarese.
Nicoletta è un host preciso e veloce nella comunicazione, ci ha accolti e abbiamo scoperto che è molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento "Il Timone" è davvero carino e confortevole e dotato di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno per max 6 persone. Noi eravamo 4 adulti e due bambini piccoli. Cucina ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Terrazza con tavolone per mangiare fuori, una vera goduria. Unica personalissima nota, gli scuri delle finestre (per come son fatti) lasciano passare la luce, per me non è il massimo perché ho bisogno di buio completo per dormire bene, e in vacanza svegliarsi alle 7 con le prime luci del giorno non è proprio il massimo. Per il resto tutto perfetto, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il bagno Capri convenzionato. Ci ritornerei? Certo che si!
Ottimo alloggio, pulito, curato nei particolari e ben pisizionato nella tranquilla pineta. Ne vale veramente la pena, trascorrerete una bellisima vacanza a Marina di Grosseto.

Luogo molto ampio e spazioso, situato in una posizione ottimale sia per raggiungere la spiaggia di Marina che per visitare gli altri luoghi. Gli spazi esterni, seppur condivisi mantengono comunque una privacy ottimale. Proprietari molto gentili e sempre disponibili.

Die Wohnung ‚il Timone‘ hat unsere Erwartung voll erfüllt! Sehr schön gestaltet im Seemann‘s Stil, mediterran und farbenfroh. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauber znd gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Idyllisch und ruhig im Pinienwald gelegen, dennoch nah von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir sassen oft auf der Terrasse mit Blick in die schöne Nachbarschaft.
Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento Il Timone durante le ultime settimane di agosto. Puntualissima la consegna delle chiavi, persino in anticipo rispetto a quanto concordato via mail, appartamento pulito e dotato davvero di ogni comfort. Lo stabilimento balneare si raggiunge con una breve passeggiata, 15/20 minuti al massimo, l'ideale con due bambini piccoli. Nel complesso direi tutto perfetto!
Siamo stati ospitati in una casa molto bella, pulita, praticamente nuova, con tutto il necessario per stare bene, spazi giusti per stare comodi anche in due famiglie, una veranda molto grande e coperta per poter mangiare fuori. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che il posto fosse fresco, immerso in una bellissima pineta e che ci fosse la possibilità di mettere le auto all’interno del cortile. Super consigliato!
Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento Timone per una settimana. Dotato con tutti i comfort(aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli con difusore, cucina con tutto il necessario,addirittura il passaverdure,che per una mamma con bimbi piccoli è indispensabile). Quando al telefono mi è stato detto che c'è tutto,una volta arrivati c'era quello e anche di più. La posizione è tranquilla e a pochi passi a piedi si trova un ristorante consigliatoci in cui si mangia molto bene, in più offrono il servizio d'asporto(il fritto buonissimo!) Per raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette,ma si può fre tranquillamente a piedi. La professionalità e gentilezza dello staff è stata da 10 e lode Consiglio vivamente Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima
