Welcome at our family-run Larch guesthouse in Neustift in the Stubaital. Our guesthouse is situated in a central and sunny location offering an unblocked view of the impressive Stubai Glacier. Its proximity to the centre of the village with its restaurants, supermarkets, stores, and the stop of the free ski bus gives you the opportunity to leave your car in our covered parking during your entire stay.

Our bright and modern comfort apartments accommodate 2-6 people and feature a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area with reading corner and homey bedrooms, each sleeping room with private bathroom and shower. The larger apartment offers lots of room to relax across 60m2. The balcony overlooking the Stubai Glacier invites you to relax and unwind as well. Our smaller apartment is suited for 2-3 people. Our guests can also use a ski room with heated boot dryer for their sports equipment.

In summer our Larch guesthouse is the ideal starting point for hiking trips and various recreational activities. The Elferlift area in Neustift where you can visit traditional huts and pastures, or book paragliding tandem flights is only a 10-minute walk away.
Whether night or day, do not miss a sled run in winter, great fun guaranteed.

The free ski bus to the Stubai Glacier, the Schlick 2000 skiing and hiking centre or to the Serlesbahnen is only 2 minutes away from our Larch guesthouse. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous cross-country trails and romantic walks.

The Neustift leisure centre can be reached within 10 minutes on foot and after an eventful day offers refreshing dips in the indoor pool with slide, 3 different saunas and a steam room. A wonderful playground awaits your children where they can really go wild just 5 minutes away from our Larch guesthouse.
