In the holiday apartment "Esche", you stay on the ground floor. Protective old walls and the beauty of ash solid wood, from which all the furniture and the ceiling are made, provide a cozy setting for your stay. Warmth, coziness, relaxation, and security are qualities that our guests have attributed to this holiday apartment. One can guess why the ancient Celts attributed magical powers to ash trees.

In the sleeping-living area, you will find a spacious double bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa that invites you to relax comfortably. The well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave integrated into solid wood furniture. It’s just a few steps from the kitchen appliances to the cozy seating area. All the furniture in "Esche" was handcrafted by carpenters, using wood from our own forest. The shower cabin integrated into the bathroom floor is easily accessible. One of the two elegant sinks is set lower, making it also easily reachable for children. The Esche can accommodate four people.

We, the Hollinger family, warmly welcome you here at Spitzenhof. On our website, you will get a vivid impression of the unique natural backdrop of the Gesäuse, of our farm, and especially of our two cozy holiday apartments, the "Esche" and the "Lärche." If you take a moment during the virtual tour, you can sense the scent of the forest, starry nights, and restful spots in the shade of old trees. Here you will find both tranquility and relaxation, as well as the opportunity for various activities.

In our holiday home, you are surrounded by both the charm of old walls and all the comforts of modern living. We have lovingly redesigned the former farmhouse for the old farmers with expertise and fragrant wood from our own forest.

Upon request, we can fill your refrigerator with regional delicacies. Eggs and milk from our animals, yogurt from a nearby producer, sausage and ham from the village butcher, as well as various types of cheese are delightful starters for a successful holiday day. You can order fresh bread and pastries from the baker a day in advance. When you open the apartment door in the morning, the bread bag awaits you, exuding a wonderful aroma.
