Welcome to the Pedevilla Margit apartment!

Our house is quietly located in Neustift in the Stubaital, only 100 metres away from the centre, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Our guesthouse enables you to enjoy wiews across the village, all the way to Stubai Glacier with its highest peak, the Zuckerhütl, at 3,509 metres. At the centre you will find the stop of the free ski bus that takes you to Stubai Glacier and to all the other skiing areas in the Stubaital. Neustift leisure centre with its indoor pool and sauna can be reached within about 5 minutes’ time. The house also hosts a grill restaurant and a massage parlour. Guests of our house are offered a 10% discount on the standard price by the massage practice.

Our Pedevilla Margit apartment accommodates 2 to 4 people across 50 m². The apartment is designed with wood furniture in Tyrolean style and offers 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a fully equipped and separate kitchen, a cosy living area and a bathroom with shower. The private entrance to the apartment can be accessed via the spacious balcony. The lovely sitting area invites you and your family to spend sociable hours on warm summer evenings.

Our Stubaital is Tyrol’s most beautiful and sunniest alpine valley. When spending your holidays in Neustift you will discover an amazing scenery. Whether you are a hiker or prefer sightseeing, the Stubaital will offer exactly the right thing to you. Choose among no less than 4 skiing resorts, including the impressive Stubai Glacier, the Schlick 2000 skiing and hiking paradise, the Serlesbahnen in Mieders or the Elfer lifts in Neustift. Thanks to the countless trails, cross-country enthusiasts will spend an active holiday, both during the day and at night on one of the illuminated trails. Several sled runs, 4 thereof illuminated as well, take you all the way down to the valley from the Elfer, or the Schlick 2000 resort.

In summer you can start your hiking, paragliding and hang-gliding adventures at the most beautiful places in the Stubaital directly from our Margit Pedevilla apartment. Visit the WildeWasserWeg trail around the impressive Grawa waterfall, which is only a 15-minute drive away from Neustift. Whether along silent mountain creeks or past thundering waterfalls, hiking in the Stubaital is always a unique experience.
