The former farmhouse is located in the smallest municipality of Austria, in Gramais. Here in a side valley of the Lechtal at 1328 m above sea level. The mountain hut has about 125 square meters of living space, as well as sufficient space around the house.
There is the whole house with kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms as well as the sanitary facilities, available to you alone. The house has 2 showers and 3 toilets. Furthermore there is a fully equipped spacious kitchen with a wood stove, electric stove, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. A cozy large living room in which a Swedish stove with viewing window, as well as a satellite TV and free WLAN.
Room divisions: 2 x 2 - bed rooms / 1x 3 - bed rooms / 1x 4 - bed rooms. All rooms have hot water and electric radiators.
In the winter: There are not only different skiing areas in the Lech Valley, but Gramais also has its own practice lift.
The large ski area of Warth / Lech am Arlberg is about 35 km away.
