The apartment, located on the first and last floor of the structure, features an independent entrance and a covered furnished terrace with a dining area overlooking the surrounding countryside. The terrace opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a television and a kitchenette complete with a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The sleeping area boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Finally, on the upper floor, accessible via external stairs, guests will enjoy the paved solarium furnished with deck chairs.
