Our chalet combines modern living comfort with natural coziness over 75 sqm and is equipped with underfloor heating. The 2 separate bedrooms feature metal-free Swiss stone pine beds and spacious built-in closets. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a walk-in shower, and a separate guest toilet is located in the entrance area. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality, commonly used appliances and utensils for up to 6 people. The open living/dining area offers an unparalleled valley view through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and includes a large dining table, a pull-out couch for the 5th and 6th person, satellite TV, and a wood stove (firewood available). The adjoining spacious and barrier-free terrace enhances the open feeling of the space.

Through the private access road, you reach your own parking space for up to 2 cars. Right next to the spacious panoramic terrace is the barbecue area with a charcoal grill. From here, you can also access the garden area with a large play field via a wooden staircase. The beach chair and sun loungers invite you to relax.

The Chalet Tonin is a modern, natural wood house located in a central, quiet area of the holiday resort Fulpmes. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a large panoramic terrace provide a unique view of the Stubai Valley. A private garden with a large play area and a parking space for 2 cars is available for your use. (Ski) bus stops, restaurants, shops, and bakeries are within walking distance.

The Chalet Tonin was built by the local timber construction company Schafferer in 2015. Starting from July 1st, 2025, we will offer the chalet as a holiday accommodation and would be delighted to welcome you as our guests.
