Modern apartment in a residence with a swimming pool and numerous outdoor spaces where you can relax, in Augusta.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large living area consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and open kitchen with oven and kettle. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed and wardrobe and the second with a double bed. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer and a toilet complete the layout.

Guests have air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and heating.

The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 31st of October. A swimming cap could be required.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot outside the property.
