Our holiday apartment is fully equipped for 6 people. From TV and Wi-Fi, to washing machine, dishwasher, and bathtub to oven and sauna, you will enjoy all the amenities. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace with lounge furniture, umbrella, hammock, and a Weber gas grill on the rooftop terrace; in winter, you can cozy up in front of the oven or in the sauna house on the rooftop terrace. Bed linen and towels are, of course, included, as well as the accommodation of your bicycles in the adjacent barn. There you can also charge e-bikes easily. A wallbox is available for you. In your fridge, you will find a starter supply of drinks, such as water and milk. A Nespresso machine with capsules is ready for you. Upon request, we will also be happy to provide a filter coffee machine. You can find the toaster in the kitchen cabinet. In our wonderful village bakery, you can purchase not only fresh bread and rolls but also all other daily necessities. In the neighboring town, you will find a beautiful farm shop for fresh regional fruits and vegetables. In the welcome letter, you will find an overview of my personal recommendations, and my whole family and I are always available to assist you and help you further!

warm welcome to our holiday apartment in the "Alte Gehöft Stauder". The old farmhouse is a family estate and was formerly managed as a three-field crop rotation. Farming, livestock, and viticulture were among the core areas. The exterior still reminds one of times gone by. Fields, meadows, and vineyards are still owned. However, the interior of the house has been completely renovated and brought up to modern standards. If you enjoy modern living in an old farmhouse, you are absolutely right here.

For a special break in the heart of the Palatinate, on the German Wine Route, we would like to offer you a feel-good apartment with a rooftop terrace. In the traditional wine village of Duttweiler, you can enjoy renowned wineries in direct proximity, hiking in the Palatinate Forest, or cycling tours along the German Wine Route all the way to Alsace. Experience evening sunsets in the Wiesental, strolls along the Kropsbach, and our outdoor pool in summer. Duttweiler is a small gem of the Palatinate. All nature lovers, wine connoisseurs, cyclists, and dear people will find their happiness here. The fresh air, the wonderful climate, the beauty of nature, and the happy animals along the Kropsbach provide a balm for the soul. Evening walks at sunset with a view of the Palatinate Forest remain unforgettable. Here, one finds peace, tranquility, and quality of life. It is a small green happy paradise, and a getaway worth experiencing!
