As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a bright, welcoming entrance area. From here, you'll find a large bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. An extra bed/crib can be added at any time by removing the chest of drawers. The lighting can be individually adjusted. The front door is opened with a security code (you will receive the code after payment).

An outdoor charcoal grill is available upon request. The bathroom is also located off the hallway and is modern and comfortable, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. A footstool is also available for our younger guests. The hairdryer is located in the bathroom cabinet, and your towels will be changed as needed. Shower gel, shampoo, and soap are provided. The apartment has an oil-fired heating system, which can be controlled separately in each room.

The kitchen area includes a dishwasher and various kitchen appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Crockery for 6 people is provided. You can enjoy your meals at a dining table (seating 3 people) by the bright window with a view of Mömlingen. In the living room, you'll definitely feel at home, as a comfortable pull-out corner sofa (sleeps 1 person) and a table awaits you. In the modern wardrobe, you'll find some board and card games, or you can enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV on the satellite TV (with DVD and CD). From here, you can access the newly furnished terrace, which, with its table and garden chairs, offers peace and relaxation.
