The house is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest in the so-called Schöntal, integrated into a park of an industrial villa from the founding era. It was important for me to preserve the old charm and style of the listed building. Therefore, I have lovingly and carefully restored, for example, the doors and the stairs. Nevertheless, the bathrooms and kitchens are up-to-date with the latest technology.
Pool (historical decorative pond) for splashing and chilling with spring water inflow, depth 40 cm.
The materials used include original pine and oak wood, red Palatinate sandstone, and lime plaster, just like it was done in the past. I prefer to use historical building materials to contribute to sustainability.
