A walking path leads down to the old town of Monschau as well as to the Eifelsteig directly from the garden, with the Vennbahnweg or Ravel accessible for cyclists within just a few minutes.

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in the charming approximately 100 sqm large holiday apartment, which is accessible via an outdoor staircase. The house is situated on a slope, and Holiday Apartment 2 is located on the lower and middle floors of the house. The apartment offers space for 6 people.

Upon entering the apartment, you arrive in the hallway (including cloakroom), which leads directly into the spacious kitchen with dining area. The dining table accommodates 6 people, and, if needed, a child in a high chair (available upon request). The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction cooktop, an oven and a drip coffee maker.

The cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a decorative tile stove. Here you can spend relaxing evenings and enjoy the view into the greenery.

On the upper floor there are three comfortable bedrooms. Two rooms are equipped with double beds and offer a magnificent view into the greenery. The third bedroom has a pull-out bed. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds.

The bathroom on the upper floor features a spacious shower, a bathtub and a built-in cabinet. A hairdryer is also available. Additionally, there is a laundry room on the ground floor with a generous wash basin and toilet.

The terrace is accessible directly through the entrance door and features a large sunshade as well as a glass table with 6 seats. From here, you have access to the garden, which is located on a slope. The terrace is the perfect spot for mild summer evenings!
