Welcome to the house part! You can expect:
2 separate 2-room apartments with balconies on the 1st floor, 1x for 4 people approx. 40 m², 1x for 6 people approx. 60 m², each with 1 bedroom, furnished balcony, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, parking, private entrance per apartment, both apartments can also be rented as a whole house part for 10 people. The owners live on the ground floor (separate entrance). Extravagant events and loud parties are not permitted.

For those who want to reach great heights in the summer, there are numerous hiking trails right at the doorstep. Bubbling streams, crystal-clear mountain lakes, and magnificent alpine meadows evoke feelings of peace and tranquility. The sheep and goats in the meadows around the holiday home provide pure entertainment as they chase after the offered treats. The house and yard dog is already waiting for cuddles and playmates to romp around with.

Your Winter Vacation on the edge of ski action

The slope of the Graukogel ski area is only 300 m away, making it the perfect starting point into the Salzburg Sports World Ski amadé. With good snow conditions, ski down to the house is possible. The Ski swing “Stubnerkogel - Angertal - Schlossalm”, which connects Bad Gastein with Bad Hofgastein, can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.

After an exciting day in nature, the “Felsentherme” in Bad Gastein invites you to relax and unwind.

Our tip: A trip to the summit of Stubnerkogel is worthwhile: In addition to the 140 m long, gently swaying suspension bridge, a new, attractive viewing platform with the telling name “Glocknerblick” towers directly opposite.
