Great location! Short stroll into main town. As others have said, view from inside building is far better than expected. Amenities are fantastic. Great to be able to do laundry after a while. Please note, the stairs are super steep once you get to the top. No problem for us, but worth noting. Very well thought out apartment
We had a fantastic stay in Bellagio. The apartment is in the loft so had three flights of stairs to get up but it resulted in incredible views of Lake Como. The place was very clean with all the amenities we needed (kitchen and laundry). The parking was secure and the aircon was great. Thank you!
Perfect! The apartment is better than the photos and the 180° view of the lake is stunning. The host was super helpful and was able to come over within minutes when we were locked out. Fruit shop and pizza spot across the road, a short walk into Bellagio centre. Would definitely book again.
perfect stay with exceptional viewsamazing view, literally breathtaking. place is very well equipped, nice extra details like soaps, coffee, oil etc. very comfy and well located.everything was great, the staff did tell me I could use card on the bus from Bellagio to Como but they only accept cash so we missed our bus and train. however the apartment was amazing and in general they were super helpful.
the view is amazing, we loved cooking and having dinner in the apartment as the view is better than lots of restaurants in como. well equipped apartment for cooking, laundry etc. had some issues with power outages during summer storms but power is easy to reset if you have instructions.
Enjoyed our stay at La Baia. At first glance, the accommodations looked very sparse, but we quickly realized the host had anticipated all the essentials that we might need and provided those. As others have mentioned, the view from the dining area is the shining star here. It made our morning coffee ritual that much more enjoyable. The windows fully open so we were able to enjoy the morning breeze and the symphony of birds at sunrise. It was also nice to be within walking distance of the town center but far enough away that you did not hear an over abundance of noise. We would definitely stay here again.
Communication & Check-in: Check-in was kind of confusing, especially if you have never been to Europe. However, host was always responsive. At first we were given incorrect codes, so the host had to contact their boss to get correct codes. There was some back and forth.The Home: The place itself was lovely and had great views of the lake, and the room was very cozy. Please note that there are 4 flights of very steep stairs to get to the room, so suitcases are difficult to get up. Overall, we had a good time after settling the check out process, and we absolutely loved the views.

We stayed in the apartment for six nights and was very happy with our choice. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The view from the kitchen table is simply stunning and made our stay unforgettable. The location is very convenient for Bellagio town and also was great base to exploring The Golden Triangle of Como. It has its own secure parking which is very advantageous in the area. We had no issue with commuting to the host and all our questions were answered almost immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful property!
This Airbnb was great, especially the beautiful view! Very comfortable stay and great location too - only 10 min walking to the town centre. Keep in mind there are three levels of stairs to walk up to the get to the apartment.Also, if you're over 5 foot 10, the ceiling is quite low in some parts of the apartment.Make sure your contact details are correct on Airbnb as the host prefers to communicate on Whats App.
My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon trip, and our time at this property was wonderful! Like others have said, the view is magnificent and the pictures cannot compare—easily the standout feature of this place! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable! Only thing to consider is the walk uphill to get there if you arrive in the main Bellagio center—was a bit difficult with our large bags, so transportation up might be nice to plan for! Other than that, we had an amazing time and wish we could have stayed longer!
Seriously one of the prettiest places on earth. This Airbnb was amazing with such great views. Easy access and communication with short walks to everywhere in Bellagio! Minutes away from the water and ferry rides or local shops. Would definitely stay here again!
Easily one of the best views in Bellagio. Very walkable to the downtown area, the gardens, and anything else one could want. Very responsive host, and had local recommendation cards for activities to do during the day. Will absolutely be staying here again.
This place is amazing! It has a 6 minute walking time to the town. It’s squeaky clean with a wonderful location, which provides privacy and and an amazing view to the lake and the mountains. I highly recommend staying here. Furthermore, we get the chance to meet the owner, who was kind and helpful. Lovely experience.
We were a little hesitant to book this place due to the fact there were no reviews, but we decided to go for it. I’m SO glad we did!!! The location was perfect and the view from the kitchen window was unbelievable. The place was clean, the shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. We also used the washer and it worked great too. I highly recommend this place. I would 100% stay here again.
