This simplistic apartment is situated in Brixen im Thale. Ideal for a family or group, it has a balcony for you to sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the surroundings. The house is very suitable for the disabled, the doors are wide, no thresholds and there is an elevator.
The nearest restaurants and local grocery stores are 300 m from the apartment. The forest and the lake are 5 km from the property if you wish to spend a day out in nature.
This apartment has a balcony for you to relish a lovely cup of coffee with your dear ones. Parking and a carport are provided in the premises. Basement, landing and ski storage are provided for your convenience. You can park your car for free in the parking lot P5 in front of the house and the 2nd car in the carport behind the house under the roof P5, please note that you are parked under your own number. The heating can be regulated per room according to your wishes by means of a thermostat.
You can check-in between 3-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

Schöne Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Schöne Terrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Badezimmer. Es gibt auch zwei weitere Badezimmer.
Die Matratzen der Betten müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden und in einem Badezimmermülleimer lagen noch Sachen der Vormieter. Ansonsten ist es aber eine schöne Wohnung, die in der Hochsaison ihren Höchstpreis hat.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht, Fernunterstützung ist immer verfügbar..
Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Sie ist unglaublich geräumig und blitzblank sauber. Auch die Waschmaschine, die wir benutzen durften, war super. Ein echter Pluspunkt für uns. Auch der Empfang war super. Wir wurden bereits erwartet und sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir können also nur Positives berichten. Es ist/war fantastisch.
Ein wirklich erstklassiges Apartment, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, super sauber und bei der Ankunft bereit für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub.
Eine fantastische, saubere, schöne und komplette Wohnung, damit Sie Ihren Urlaub wirklich in vollen Zügen genießen können!
Schöne Unterkunft, einziger Nachteil: Wenn man als Letzter in der Gruppe duscht, geht das Warmwasser aus... das fanden wir ärgerlich! Vielleicht könnte man da etwas verbessern.
Gute, saubere und praktische Unterkunft. Viel Platz für 9 Personen. Gute Entfernung zum Skibus. Freundliches Personal.

Das Geschirr war nicht ordentlich in den Schränken verstaut, und leider gab es am Samstagnachmittag kein Toilettenpapier, und die Geschäfte im Dorf waren geschlossen. Das lässt sich mit geringem Aufwand beheben.
Die Möbel zeigen erste Abnutzungserscheinungen.
Für diesen Preis sollten diese Dinge auch in gutem Zustand sein.
