This elegant apartment offers the perfect accommodation for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the quiet of the island.
Located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, the entrance opens up onto the bright living area, enriched with a marble floor and furnished with a large corner sofa, an ottoman, a TV and a dining table. The highlight of the living room is the balcony overlooking Cala Rossa beach.
On the right there is the independent kitchen, equipped with all amenities, among which the dishwasher, the oven and the coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of three welcoming bedrooms, two of which have a queen bed and one has a single bed. The master bedroom features a French window with seaview and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Another bathroom with shower and a laundry complete the apartment.
Amenities such as wifi, air conditioning and heating will be at guests’ disposal.

For relaxation and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 km far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beautiful, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.

Catania Fontanarossa airport is an hour drive from the apartment. The train station is very close to the bus terminal with routes to and from the airport and 25 minutes walk from the accommodation.
