Newly designed, spacious, very sunny three-room bay window apartment with 72 sqm for 2 – 4 people (on the 1st or 2nd floor).
Warm colors in red and brown give the apartment a cozy and friendly living atmosphere. Terracotta tiles and furniture in core ash or dark ash complete the high-quality equipment.
Bathroom and separate toilet in bright natural tones for your well-being.
Our apartment has a large sunny south-facing balcony, separate bath and toilet, dishwasher, hob, safe, hairdryer, cable TV, Wi-Fi, children's equipment, and much more.
In the summer, our garden with an alpine beach chair, reading lounge, sunbathing lawn, table tennis, and trampoline is also at your disposal.

The hiking trails start right outside the front door, or you can walk to the cable car, ski school, and village center in just 2 minutes.
In the summer, in July and August, we have ponies for the children to brush, pet, and care for. Unfortunately, riding is not possible at our Rosenhof.
We offer attractive package deals for hiking couples as well as small families.

Toller Wanderurlaub in Fiss
Alles ist top sauber und gemütlich.
Ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick und mit sehr bequemen Betten.
Bis zu den Seilbahnen und urigen Gaststätten sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Auto bleibt auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen, denn Ladis und Serfaus sind dank der
"SUPER SOMMER CARD" ganz bequem mit Wanderbus, Seilbahnen und einer U-Bahn in Serfaus erreichbar.
Diese stellt der Vermieter für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Sehr positiv, die Straßen und Wanderschuhe bleiben in einem separaten Raum hinter der Haustüre und dort wurde auch an eine "Trockeneinrichtung" gedacht - SUPER!!!
