The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with elevator, opens onto the living area, which houses an open fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle, and the living room with a sofa, a dining table and a TV. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
