Very central apartment with a large balcony, adjacent to the central square of Sanremo and only 100 meters from the famous Ariston Theatre.

This comfortable apartment is located in the heart of the city of Sanremo, where all services are just a few dozens meters away, as well as the sea and the bike path can be reached with a minute walk.
The apartment, located on the second floor without an elevator, has been recently renovated and has all the necessary equipment to spend comfortable and relaxing vacations. The entrance opens onto a living room with windows on two sides, furnished with a double sofa bed, TV and a practical open-plan kitchen complete with all cooking tools, including an oven and a microwave. Going on, there is a small bedroom with a French size bed and a bathroom with a shower. At guests' disposal also free wi-fi and heating.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.
The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.
Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.

The station is 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Sanremo is easily reachable from Nice airport (65 km) and from Genova Airport (140 km).
