Een prachtig appartement in een mooi gebouw op een geweldige locatie. Het is binnen een beetje donker, maar we zijn overdag veel buiten geweest dus dat maakte niet veel uit. Alles was op loopafstand. Vanuit het appartement konden we San Sebastian goed verkennen. Van het kantoor waar we de sleutel ophaalden naar het appartement was ook maar een klein stukje lopen.
Die Lage ist perfekt und ideal für die Stadt. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar.Das Appartement ist etwas finster, da alle Fenster nur in einen kleinen Innenhof gehen. Appartement wurde teilweise saniert, Türen gehören aber auch noch erneuert, da sich nicht ganz schließen lassen. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Hinter der Vermietung steckt eine relativ große Agentur welche auf Gewinnmaximierung aus ist, dies merkt man leider bei gewissen Punkten.Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für einige Tage aber in Ordnung.
Be VERY CAREFUL before coming or don't come for several months!!!A huge store is being built just below the apartment. Work takes place from 8:30am . to 7:30 pm. The noise is so loud that it is impossible to talk to each other in the same room.I was not notified by the agency before my journey, and when I told them about it, they refused to send them videos of proof or to come and see on the spot. They told us they didn't know, but once I looked at the comments (on the spot), I saw that the person just before me had mentioned it in his comment, the agency is not being honest .We asked them for alternative accommodation, they pretended not to read, answering everything but that. They only refunded 1 night (for 4 noice days), telling us that "that was good enough".I do not advise you to go there before the store is open, and given the progress of the works, they are only at the very beginning and it could last several more months.Otherwise, the apartment is as in the photos
Great location. Unfortunately there was construction done on the building, waking up to noise of drilling and did not have water for one entire morning. This could have been communicated better. Apart from this, a great stay.
This stay is in the perfect location - walkable to everything, but off the beaten path. No air conditioning, but all the other amenities one could expect. Overall, a great experience! Be aware, you must pull on the door as you unlock it in order to get in, that confused us at first.
My recent stay at this Airbnb was truly remarkable. The location was absolutely amazing, providing easy access to everything we needed while offering a serene and peaceful environment. The inclusion of all the baby essentials was a lifesaver.The highlight of the accommodation was undoubtedly the enormous and incredibly comfortable bed. The extendable sofa was an added bonus, offering flexibility and additional sleeping options.The apartment itself was quite big and tastefully decorated, surpassing our expectations. It looked better than in pictures.While there were a couple of minor considerations, they didn't significantly impact our experience:- The parking fees were a bit steep, so future guests should be aware of this expense. - The lack of a balcony (which was fine for us)Overall, I highly recommend this place
The best thing about this apartment is the location, location, location. It’s surrounded by shops and tapas bars. It’s a short stroll to the cathedral, the Urumea river as well as the bus station, and only 10 minutes walk from the old town. Despite being in the heart of the city the apartment is quiet and screened from street noise. However, there was temporary building work next door which wasn’t too much of a problem, but could be an issue if you are intending to work from there during the day. The apartment was spotless, spacious and looked like the photos. There are two double beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The only drawback was the lack of natural daylight but this is common in many Spain apartments. The Rentals Collection provided a binder with very clear instructions about all aspects relating to the apartment. Would stay here again.

However, great location in city centre. Short walk across bridge from train station and close to old town. Perfect for everything we needed. ¡Muchos gracias!
