Large and sunny country house, recently constructed on a large estate between the beaches and tourism of Ca'n Picafort and the rustic farming town of Santa Margalida.
This 240 m2 house has 4 double bedrooms, 1 of these with twin beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 of these with hydro massage, and open countryside views.
Outdoors there is a beautiful garden with a private pool and an area with pines, inviting a cool siesta in the shade. The property is near the road to Son Bauló, but being built with the back of the house to road, the sound of passing cars is minimal.
Located just 2 km from the variety of beaches on the Alcúdia Bay, from where cooling sea breezes arrive to refresh a hot summer's day.

Wunderschön dekoriert und komfortabel! Wir fühlten uns von den Gastgebern sehr willkommen, Der Außenbereich war perfekt, um die Abende zu genießen, und die nahegelegenen Attraktionen, wie der Naturpark, haben unser Vergnügen noch gesteigert
Die Lage ist ideal, nur eine kurze Autofahrt zur schönen Bucht von Alcúdia, Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön gebaut und gut ausgestattet, Wir schätzten die ruhige Umgebung, die für einen friedlichen Rückzugsort sorgte
Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Ribes! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und wir liebten es, im Garten zu grillen, Die Nähe zum Can Picafort Strand war ein Plus, Würden in Zukunft gerne wiederkommen!
Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und alles fühlte sich sauber und gut gepflegt an, Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts keinerlei Probleme, Perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen, die sich entspannen möchten,
Ein perfekter Rückzugsort! Das Haus ist geräumig und hell, mit schönen Ausblicken auf die umliegende Landschaft, Wir schätzten die Liebe zum Detail im gesamten Anwesen, Großartiger Wert für einen Familienurlaub!
Unser Aufenthalt in Belvilla by OYO Ribes war angenehm und komfortabel, Die Lage ist friedlich, und das Haus selbst ist durchdacht angelegt mit viel Platz für unsere Gruppe, Die Hydromassage-Badezimmer waren nach langen Tagen des Erkundens der nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Naturpark S'Albufera de Mallorca eine schöne Ergänzung, Während die Nähe zur Straße manchmal bemerkbar war, hat es nicht viel von unserem Gesamterlebnis abgezogen, Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt, was es zu einer soliden Wahl für einen ruhigen Rückzugsort macht
