This is a grand 10-bedroom mansion in Sourzac. It has a private swimming pool and offers plenty of sporting opportunities. It is ideal for large groups and families.
The 17th century country house is just 2 km from the picturesque village of Sourzac and 5 km from the town of Mussidan. The town of Bergerac is 25 km away. Only 35 km north of the mansion is Périgueux. In the Périgord Noir, you can find the town of Les Eyzies, where you can find some of the best-known prehistoric caves of Europe. You can also go hiking, cycling or canoeing here. There's a restaurant 1km away and a supermarket 5 km from here.
The home has a tennis court, table tennis table, basketball hoop, foosball table, billiards table, garden with furniture and a terrace with barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. You're allowed to bring 1 pet. It offers in-house catering, bed linen and bath towels.

Großes historisches Haus aus dem Jahr 1700. Gut für einen Aufenthalt mit einer großen Familie.
Eric ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, ein schönes, ruhiges, geräumiges Anwesen für unsere große Familie

Gerade von einer schönen Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa zurückgekehrt, Der Pool war erfrischend, und wir haben viel Zeit damit verbracht, uns darum zu entspannen, Das nahegelegene Dorf Sourzac hatte charmante Geschäfte und eine Bäckerei, die wir jeden Morgen gerne besucht haben

Gepflegtes, wunderschön eingerichtetes, sehr geräumiges Landhaus auf einem großen Grundstück mit vielen Einrichtungen. Eigentümer, der immer verfügbar ist und Mängel sofort behebt.
Makellose Ankunft. Der freundliche Besitzer Eric hatte alle Fragen, die wir hatten, per E-Mail beantwortet.

Brandschutz im 1. Stock kein Ausweg im Brandfall Mögliche Treppe, sehr niedrige Küchentür kein Esszimmer stößt regelmäßig mit dem Kopf gegen die obere Tür Sehr muffiger Geruch bei Ankunft im ganzen Haus Swimmingpool nicht warm, erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung zur Beheizung nach 3 Tagen eingerichtet, Preis stimmt Nicht mit Infoblatt von Ihrem Aufwärmen haben wir 90 Euro für 21 Stunden bezahlt und dann war es noch nicht warm. Der Catering-Service wird wie erwähnt nicht mehr durchgeführt

Das große Haus war toll, das kleinere am Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, da es stark muffig roch, in großen Häusern wurden Matratzen gelegt. Der Garten, der Tennisplatz und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir wurden freundlicherweise vom Besitzer empfangen. Das historische Herrenhaus ist wunderschön und mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde täglich gepflegt und der Frühstücksservice war ausgezeichnet. Sehr ruhige Lage am Rande eines malerischen Dorfes. Sie können mehrere Ausflüge in einer halben Stunde machen.

Wir waren sehr herzlich vom Besitzer und seiner Frau. Schöne Lage, viel Platz und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Haus wurde gerade jeden Tag gereinigt und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was! Super Urlaub!
