A getaway to beautiful Tevere valley located in Umbertide. This farmhouse comes with a shed swimming pool, table tennis, and barbecue and is near to the forest. It is ideal for a family with kids and is recently renovated. You can enjoy stunning view of the valley and surrounding forests with a barbecue.

Experience a beautiful lush green landscape. The lake is a short drive away. Visit nearby places like Umbria and Tuscany. All facilities within your reach. The restaurants at 5 km serve delicious food and the supermarket is at 10 km. The vibrant nightlife at 12 km is perfect to have fun.

It has a charming ambiance with wooden ceiling beams and stone walls. Soak up the morning sun from the furnished garden. Try table tennis or relax in the living room with a double sofa bed. Small dogs are allowed but only upon request and the supplement for animals is 10 € per day. Catering, dinner is possible and to be organised on site.

The airport is at 35 km and public transport is at 6 km.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung in der alten umbrischen Gebäude. Schöner Garten voller Lavendel, Rosmarin und Salbei Pflanzen mit vielen gemütlichen Ecken und Winkeln. Schöner Pool mit herrlichem Blick auf die Hügel Umbriens. Die meisten Netteste Gastgeberin, die Sandwiches und jede Menge Tipps hat gute Restaurants, Spaziergänge und excursies.Appartement ist stilvoll, rustikal eingerichtet, aber bewusst ohne TV, usw. Delicious! Wir kommen hierher zurück

Wir hatten sehr gute Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Was wir fanden, war ein Minus, dass der Standort wurde nicht beschrieben in der Adress so gut, wird nirgends erwähnt, dass es Convento Antica und den Namen regina, wissen wir nicht wirklich wissen, wo zu treffen. Eine andere Sache war, dass es ein wenig Schatten auf der zwembad.Maar all dies nicht die Ruhe und Schönheit dieser Residenz zu kompensieren.
