This romantic finca for 4 people is located in the countryside between Muro and Santa Margalida, in the north of Mallorca, approx. 10 km from the sandy beach .The holiday home is state of the art. There is a solar system on the property to make the house sustainable. In optimal weather conditions, the solar system produces enough electricity per day to comfortably use all devices in the house. Batteries are also charged so that power is available after sunset. If the electricity produced during the day is completely used up, a generator is available as an alternative to provide a reliable power supply. With this finka you don't have to pay any electricity costs, just the oil used by the generator if it is used. When checking in, we read the current oil level together with the guest.
The house has 1 living-dining room, 1 open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside, the house has a large sheltered terrace with patio furniture and a table tennis table. There is a pool with loungers in the large garden. A garden terrace completes the picture. Ideal for guests looking for peace and relaxation.
