The exteriors of this beautiful country house are perfect for relaxing and unwinding on your vacation. The private chlorine pool measures 6 x 4 meters while the depth ranges from 1 to 2 meters. After cooling off you can sunbathe on the sun loungers and the dining area on the porch next to the house is perfect for enjoying a delicious barbecue. The privacy is total in this property.

The interior of the single-storey house is simple and traditional in style. In the living room there is AC, you can watch satellite TV and next to it, you will find the kitchen diner equipped with AC and gas cooker. There are two bedrooms with AC, the first with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second one with a double bed. There is another bathroom with whirlpool bath for the rest of the house. The equipment is completed by a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot and high chair for your baby and central heating throughout the house. Moreover, the owner invites you to visit his private museum of antique cars where you can see an extensive sample of the history of the engine, with authentic pearls that surely you will never forget having been able to have at your fingertips.

The excellent outside area invites you into a world of peace and tranquillity. The terrace, the 7 x 3.5 m pool and the 700 m2 lawn area are perfectly taken care of. The barbeque can be placed in any of the outside corners where you prefer to enjoy preparing an afternoon supper. Pets up to 5 kg are allowed; you will surely enjoy playing around with it.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
