The apartment (1st floor) has a large living room with an integrated dining area, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette (stove with 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, etc.) and a bathroom with shower. The separate bedroom has two single beds (can be pushed together if desired). In the spacious living area there is a sofa bed, the comfort of which is equivalent to a full bed. The app. is ideal for 2 people, but is fully equipped for 4 people. The app. is located on the lake side with a lake view. It is “barrier-friendly” (elevator, floor-to-ceiling shower, wheelchair-accessible doors, electrically adjustable slatted frame in one of the beds). Further equipment: electric roller shutters, electrically extendable sun awning, free WiFi and a washing machine and dryer in the communal cellar. The beach chair available to our guests (from the end of March to November 1st of the year) and 2 bicycles are particularly popular

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in der Wohnung und wie immer sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und immer wieder auf den laufenden Stand gebracht, die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch, toll der dazugehörige Strandkorb und die 2 Fahrräder. Wir lieben die Lage, super nah zum Strand und in die Stadt, der Meerblick ist grandios. Wir haben die Wohnung schon weiter empfohlen und auch unsere Freunde kommen seit Jahren gerne.
Das "Schlafzimmer" hat kein (!!!) Fenster und ist somit ohne ausreichende Frischluftzufuhr und ohne Tageslicht. In der Beschreibung der Wohnung findet sich darauf kein Hinweis. Es war unerträglich stickig in dem Raum, der in diesem Zustand allenfalls als Abstellkammer zu nutzen wäre. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, wozu die brettharten Matratzen in den engen Einzelbetten ihr übriges taten. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Der Mietpreis war in bar zu entrichten, eine Quittung gab es nicht. Sorry für die negative, aber ehrliche Bewertung.
