The outside of the apartment resort, of typical Menorcan architecture, will immerse you in a state of calm. In the spacious gardens of the complex you will find 3 fabulous shared swimming pools, all of which are chlorinated. One is a children's pool, while the other 2 measure 15x10m and have a depth of between 1.2m and 2m. In addition, the complex has direct access to the beach. Due to its location in an apartment building, this flat has direct neighbours.

The flat is tastefully decorated. You will find a terrace with awning that offers magnificent views to the mountains and where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with the family. The interior of the flat will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The living-dining room is ideal for entertaining evenings and has Wi-Fi and television. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it comes to sleeping you will find two bedrooms, one double and one with a trundle bed. There is also a bathroom with shower.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
