It includes a bedroom, an adjoining room, a kitchen, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and a veranda typical for the region.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2016. During the renovation, we made sure to preserve the original charm of the house, but to combine it with contemporary comfort on the inside. This has created an ambiance in which guests feel very comfortable.
The center is just a few minutes' walk away. The house has a large garden, which you are of course welcome to use.

By car from the East:
Either A1 to Regau – Gmunden – Bad Ischl – Bad Goisern – Pötschenpass – Bad Aussee or via A2 – Semmering – Bruck an der Mur – Liezen – Stainach – Bad Aussee - at the town entrance, turn left after the Rigips factory, right towards the center, after the Shell gas station turn right into Lösslpromenade - fourth house on the left.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house for guests.
Arrival by train:
It's a 12-15 minute walk from the train station. I am happy to pick you up by car from the Bad Aussee train station if needed.
