The landlord will try to find a replacement tenant for the booked period. If no new tenant can be found, the cancellation fee will be subject to the following:
- up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the invoice amount
- up to 45 days before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount
- up to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount
- less than 29 days before arrival: 90% of the invoice amount
