There is also a nice barbecue area behind the house where you can enjoy a nice barbecue evening in good company on warm evenings. We will of course provide the charcoal or gas.
The apartments are each equipped with 2 flat screen TVs (living room and bedroom), a high-quality sofa bed with a real mattress, a modern kitchen with all electrical appliances and a dining table. The bathrooms are also high-quality and have optimal space. Each apartment has space for at least 4 people.

Cancellation and termination of stay
(1) In the event of cancellation of the holiday booked with us or in the event of termination in accordance with paragraph (5) of this section "6. Cancellation and interruption of stay", cancellation fees must unfortunately be charged. The cancellation fee is:
up to 15 days before departure 0% of the rental price,
thereafter 80% of the rental price. If you do not arrive without cancelling, 100% of the travel price will be charged.
(2) The landlord will try to fill the missed time with other guests. No cancellation fee will be charged for the overnight stays for which this is successful.
(3) If the tenant does not arrive on the first day of the holiday (arrival day) or if the tenant interrupts the stay early, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price. (4
) In the cases of paragraphs (1) to (3) of this section "6. Cancellation and interruption of stay", the tenant can at any time prove that the damage was less.
(5) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing by post with a handwritten signature and, in exceptional cases agreed with the landlord, also by electronic mail. The day on which the notice is received by the landlord is decisive (exception: paragraph (3) of this section "6. Cancellation and termination of stay").
(6) We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to minimize possible claims. This is possible, for example, using the travel insurance form from European Travel Insurance integrated into our website (content "Travel insurance" in the menu).
