You enter the apartment and find yourself in the small entrance area with a cloakroom. This is followed by the bright kitchen-living room, which also takes you to the terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The nearby dining area is color coordinated with the rest of the living area - there is a window with an insect screen. Both from the dining area and from the comfortable couch you have a perfect view of the large flat screen on the wall. The equipment is rounded off with a stylish sideboard that provides nice entertainment with a radio or books and is also impressive.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing area, shower and toilet and has a window.
The bedroom invites you to linger with its 1.60x2.00m bed. There is also a spacious wardrobe and a window with an insect screen.
Bed linen and towels can optionally be booked for €15 (€5 HT/€10 BW) per person or you can bring your own.

SCHÖNE KLEINE WOHNUNG
Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt .Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr einladend. Die Ausstattung hat uns gereicht ,wir haben nichts vermisst. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht ,das hat uns aber nicht gestört .
Nah am Nationalpark, zum Strand oder in den Ort Prerow.

Werte Gäste, wir sind sehr betroffen von Ihrer negativen Bewertung und traurig, dass die Wohnung zwar, wie angeboten zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, aber anscheinend nicht Ihren Wunschvorstellungen entsprochen hat.
Die Terrasse ist nach Westen gelegen, sodass Sie den ganzen Nachmittag und Abend die Sonne genießen können. Sie haben einen Blick auf einen Spielplatz und einen gepflegten Garten - ja - ich kann hier Ihre Verärgerung nicht nachvollziehen. Die Eigentümer, die im Nachbarhaus leben haben 3 Kinder mit einem Spielplatz und gepflegten Garten, welchen sie nicht zur Nutzung für Urlaubsgäste frei geben. Ich denke es ist nachvollziehbar, dass man in seinem privaten Garten mit seinen Kindern auch Ruhe genießen möchte - wir bitten hier um Verständnis.
Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Rollo als Sichtschutz angebracht. Wenn Ihnen Gegenstände, wie Geschirr in der Wohnung fehlen, sprechen Sie uns bitte einfach vor Ort an - wir schaffen sehr gerne Abhilfe.
Wenn das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat tut es uns wahnsinnig leid - wir bitten Sie allerdings dies nicht in der Wertung dieser schönen Wohnung einfließen zu lassen.
Wir hoffen, Sie hatten dennoch schöne Urlaubstage und haben sich erholen können.
