Welcome to the 3-room apartment on 50m² in Niendorf on the 4th floor in a well-kept residential complex. You are very close to the beach and the Baltic Sea from this sun-drenched apartment and also have the convenience of a swimming pool and sauna in the building.

The living room invites you to socialize with its comfortable sofa set, large LCD TV, DVD recorder and CD player. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table in front of the window.
The separate kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.

The larger balcony on the south side invites you to enjoy a leisurely coffee or tea in summer, the smaller one offers you a wonderful view over the fields of Ostholstein.

The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a sliding door wardrobe. In the second bedroom there is a sturdy bunk bed with a high border. It also offers enough space for two older children.
The bathroom is modern and has a bathtub with a foldable shower screen.
The bathroom and kitchen are lightly tiled, the rest of the apartment is laid out with homely laminate.

The swimming pool and sauna are in the neighboring house on the top floor with a view of the Baltic Sea and can be reached via the underground car park.
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The sauna is open on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and takes into account women's/men's and community times.
Cleaning and maintenance work is expected to take place from November 4th to 16th, 2024.
The residential complex has a children's playground, elevators and has a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer.

An underground parking space has been reserved for you. The elevator can only be used from the ground floor.
A WiFi connection is available to you (no replacement/reimbursement claim in the event of a failure or malfunction).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
