From a small, covered balcony you can see the beautiful Rhönberge and mats.

1. The renter can at any time prior to departure by declaration (written form recommended) withdraw from the trip. In case of withdrawal from the journey, FG may demand reasonable compensation for the arrangements and expenses made. The declaration must be made to FG. In case of cancellation, the following flat-rate cancellation fees apply:
until 61 days before departure 10% of the travel price, but at least 40, - Euro
from the 60th - 30th day before departure 50% of the travel price, but at least 50, - Euro
from the 29th - 14th day before departure 80% of the travel price
from the 14th - 0th day before departure 100% of the travel price

The deadline for calculating the deadline is the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from FG. In calculating the replacement usually saved expenses and the other use of the benefits are taken into account. Unaffected by this, the right of the tenant remains to demand a reduction of the lump sum if proof of significantly lower costs is provided. Cancellation insurance must be concluded privately.
2. Rebooking requests may, as far as possible, only after withdrawal from the booking contract to conditions acc. §5 and simultaneous re-registration are performed. This does not apply to rebooking requests, which cause only minor costs. Until the beginning of the lease, the renter may demand that instead of him a third party enters into the rights and obligations arising from the contract. However, FG may object to the change of the tenant's person if the third party is in conflict with the statutory or official regulations. If a third party enters into the contract, the lessee and the third party FG shall be jointly and severally liable for the booking price and the additional costs arising from the third party's entry. If FG or the renter succeeds in finding another renter for the same period and under the same conditions, only rollover fees of 50, - Euro will be charged.

Prima Unterkunft für sehr erholsame Urlaubstage in der Rhön
Von der Wohnung aus hat man schöne Ausblicke.
Der Stellplatz direkt am Haus und der eigene Eingang zur Wohnung hat mir gut gefallen.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und dennoch sind im Ort ein gut sortierter Einkaufsmarkt, Schwimmbad, Pizzeria, Café, Tourist-Info usw. alles leicht fußläufig zu erreichen.
Prima finde ich auch die besetzte Tankstelle am Ort mit langen Öffnungszeiten.
Vom Ort aus hat man direkten Zugang zu vielen schönen Wanderwegen.
Mit dem Auto hat man eine sehr gute Verbindung zu vielen Zielen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.
Gerne komme ich wieder einmal.

Tolle, große Ferienwohnung und liebe Gastgeber!
Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen und in die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung geführt. Es war absolut sauber und aufgeräumt und liebevoll zurechtgemacht. Sogar einen Hochstuhl haben wir für unseren kleinen Sohn bekommen. Es gab außerdem Kinderspielzeug, Malzeug und wahnsinnig viele Brett- und Kartenspiele. Da die Wohnung für bis zu 6 Personen gedacht ist, bietet sie sich ideal für großer Familien an. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es für die Kinder sicher immer etwas zum Spielen.
Besonders zu loben ist auch die toll ausgestattete Küche. Es fehlt an überhaupt nichts!
