The living/dining room offers a magnificent view of the sea, the private park and the harbor through a panoramic window. The independent kitchen is equipped with all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The bedroom, also with panoramic window and access to the terrace, offers plenty of freedom of movement. In the living room, another two people will find restful nights on a modern comfortable sofa bed.
Shopping facilities and the beaches are within a few minutes walking distance through the beautiful park. Within the domain there is also a very nice pool area (but access is chargeable).
If necessary, a parking space can be rented within the residence.
