The 100 sqm of the house are distributed over a large living/dining room with an open kitchen, hallway, and guest toilet on the ground floor, as well as three bedrooms and a modern shower room on the
1st floor.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters. The second bedroom has two high-quality 0.80 x 2.00 meter box spring beds. The third bedroom, which is well-suited for an adult or one to two children, is equipped with a comfortable daybed measuring 0.80 x 2.00 meters, which can be transformed into a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters with just a few simple steps.
The living room, with its beautiful open fireplace, invites you to cozy fireplace hours during the cold season. A large flat-screen TV and BlueRay player are available, as well as a hi-fi system and various games for young and old. A WiFi connection is, of course, also available.
Through the living/dining room, you reach the wonderful outdoor area. From the terrace and the 10-meter-long private boat dock belonging to the house, where you may have moored your own or rented boat, you can expect a wonderful view of the water. A swimming ladder at the boat dock allows for a comfortable and safe exit after a refreshing swim. Thanks to the fantastic southern location, you can enjoy extensive sunbathing on sunny days.
