The air-conditioned living space of approx. 60 sqm is distributed over two living levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining area with a large balcony with dining ensemble and a very beautiful sea view to the bay of St. Tropez, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bath and toilet. The 1st floor can be reached via a spiral staircase. There you find the very nicely decorated second bedroom, also with double bed and a small balcony.

Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt, wenn man bedenkt, dass es nur zwei Hausmeister gab. Der Pool hingegen ist nicht besonders ansprechend, obwohl er ein Treffpunkt für alle war (über zwei gesicherte Tore zugänglich, kindersicher). Die Mosaikfliesen im Pool lösten sich, und die Leute schnitten sich ständig am Boden -> packt etwas Pflaster!
Neben dem Pool gibt es einen Grillbereich, den man buchen/reservieren kann, ein Volleyballnetz und kleine Wege mit mehreren Treppen, die schön gepflegt und natürlich sind. Der Bereich in der Nähe des Grillplatzes ist geräumig, mit zusätzlichen Liegen zum Entspannen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung des Town-Houses "Silhouette". Leider ist das Grillen wegen der enorm hohen Brandgefahr in der Region nur mit fest gemauerten Grills erlaubt und das ist in diesem Objekt leider nicht möglich.
