Cancellations are annoying for both parties. It is very unfortunate for us when a holiday apartment remains vacant. Therefore, a tip: To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the start of the holiday will not incur any costs for you. Within 6 weeks, we will charge 90% of the apartment price. In the case of early departure/late arrival, we will charge the full apartment price for the booked stay. Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
The court of jurisdiction is agreed to be Reutte/Tyrol.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in vorteilhafter Lage
Perfekt in Preis und Leistung!
Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unseren drei Kindern in der Ferienwohnung Thaneller und fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an wie zuhause. Es fehlte an nichts.
Für die Kids gab es genügend zum Spielen, begonnen beim Trampolin bis hin zum Baumhaus und diversen Tretfahrzeugen, klasse!
Bequeme Betten, voll ausgestattete kleine Küche, schöne Bäder, ruhige Umgebung, nicht hellhörig, alles sauber und ohne jegliche Mängel. Dazu noch eine unheimlich freundliche Vermieterin - Frau Müller.
Im Ort ein kleiner Laden inkl. Backwaren, nur 2 Min zu Fuß, prima!
Wir kommen 2021 wieder, dann für 3 Wochen, weil es einfach so schön war!
