The apartment is equipped with a well-maintained open living space including a sitting area (pull-out sofa bed), SAT TV (German channels), dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom - walk-in shower / WC - and both bedrooms were renovated in 2018. Air conditioning is available.
The outdoor area is available to all house guests: Here you have everything you need for sunbathing such as; pool, garden shower, large pool terrace with loungers, large sun awning, seating areas, and use of the grill at the barbecue fireplace.

Suzana und Pero sind tolle Gastgeber, die einem viele Tipps zur Gegend geben. Ein Vorteil ist, dass sie beide perfekt deutsch sprechen.
Die ganze Anlage ist mit Liebe gestaltet. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen rund um den Pool Schatten und Sonne. Eine Dusche am Pool ist auch vorhanden.
Das Auto parkt auf dem abends geschlossenem Grundstück.
Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar, aber man kann dort auch kostenlos mit dem Auto parken.
In Perjo gibt es Möglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf einzukaufen.
Die ganze Anlage ist zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumurlaub in toller Atmosphäre
Die deutschsprachigen Hausherren bieten in einem sehr familiären Ambiente (ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein) eine in allen Bereichen super gepflegte und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung an. Auch der großzügige Außenbereich mit tollem Pool, ausreichend Sonnenliegen und für nicht so sonnenhungrige eine riesige Markise sind Spitze.
Das Haus befindet sich in Peroj, einem kleinen, sehr ruhigen Dörfchen weitab vom Massentourismus.
Der Strand ist ca. 700m entfernt aber zu Fuß oder mit Fahrzeug gut erreichbar. Auf der direkten Nachbarschaft gibts einen kleinen Supermarkt, Bäcker und eine kleine Pizzeria.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Fam. Maljic.
