Even the exterior appearance of the residence, built in Italian style with a pool, promises a relaxing stay in a charming ambiance.
The 4 Star-type apartments are located on the top floor of the building and offer ample space for up to 4 people. The two separate bedrooms each have a cozy double bed. Bed linen, ready-made, is included in the price for the number of people booked. The fully equipped kitchen leaves no limits to your cooking creativity.
The apartment has a covered private balcony: here, holiday guests can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee or end the evening with a glass of red wine, with garden furniture provided.
The entire garden area around the complex can be used communally by all guests, with garden furniture available for your use, and on hot days a pool is ready for cooling off, plus there is a barbecue area at your disposal.
Each apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage and 4 communal washing machines in the building are available free of charge for all guests.

Das Feriendomizil Bergamini ist modern, gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren schon in etlichen Ferienwohnungen. Aber hier stimmte einfach alles. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Perfekte Lage, ruhig, und Innen trotz hoher Außentemperatur (34 Grad Celsius) angenehm kühl.
Damit man auch nachts ungestört schlafen kann, sind in den beiden Schlafzimmern auch Insektengitter angebracht.
Der große, in südliche Richtung ausgerichtete Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Weinberge bei Frühstück oder Gläschen Wein am Abend sind einfach traumhaft.
Alle aktuellen Information für Aktivitäten sind vorhanden. Auch die KONUS-Card, mit der man kostenlos kreuz und quer durch den gesamten Schwarzwald fahren kann - incl. Fahrräder - war im Preis inbegriffen. P.S. Für E-bikes gibt es ebenso einen abschließbaren Abstellort.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen!
Schöne kleine, saubere Anlage in guter Lage zum See
Das einzige was nervte waren die Jugendlichen im Nachbaranwesen die den ganzen Tag und Nachts mit den Mofas hin und her gefahren sind, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts
Frau Bergamini ist eine perfekte Vermieterin und hilft bei jeder Kleinigkeit. Außerdem ist sie sehr kinderfreundlich!

Großer Balkon mit schöner Aussicht in die Weinberge, absolut ruhige Lage. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Können wir 100% weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder:).
