Würde ich weiterempfehlen
Lage und Blick sind einfach super, lediglich das benachbarte Hotel stört etwas, da man hier von einigen Zimmern direkt über den See in die Sauna blicken kann.
Eigene Tiefgarage in der wir trotz ausgebuchtem Haus immer Platz gefunden haben.
Neben dem Aufzug steht im September während der Ernte eine Kiste mit eigenen Äpfeln, an der man sich gerne mit einem Snak für die Wanderung bedient. Auch der eigene Apfelsaft sollte probiert werden.
Von den anderen Bewohnern bekommt man wenig mit, außer den direkten Nachbarn wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, denn einen Sichtschutz gibt es leider nicht.
Während der Ernte gibt es zwar kein Frühstück, aber dennoch einen Brötchenservice der jeden Morgen an der Türe hängt, wenn man am Vortag bestellt. Brot kommt aus einer Bäckerei in Brixen. Bei einer Ferienwohnung kauft man sich aber ohnehin den Rest für die Brotzeit selbst.
Küchenutensilien sind vollständig uns fehlte hier nichts.
Bad ist neu, allerdings könnten die Duschtüren sowohl unten als auch seitlich eine Dichtung vertragen. Wenn man nicht aufpasst flutet man sich ansonsten das Bad.
Zahlung ist nach Abklärung, abweichend von der Angabe nur Bar, auch via Überweisung möglich.
Für die etwas negativen Punkte möchte ich noch nichteinmal einen Stern abziehen, so schön fanden wir es.
