Luxurious cottage with activity room and whirlpool both inside and out located on a large dune plot in scenic surroundings in the attractive Løkken South. From the house and terrace there are panoramic views of the dune area. The house was built in the spring of 2018 and contains a living room / kitchen in open connection, four bedrooms, alcove, activity room and two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna and whirlpool. There is also an outdoor hot tub as well as an outdoor shower. The decor is modern and solid, everywhere attention has been paid to the details and the highest quality in materials has been used, as well as thought over color choices and decoration. Also note that the refrigerator is in American style with ice dispenser and the outdoor whirlpool for 6-8 people is heated with firewood. The outdoor pool is closed from 01 November until 31 March. If you wish to use the outdoor hot tub in the winter, this is possible to arrange for a fee of DKK 500.00. & # 160; An energy-saving air-to-water heat pump delivers underfloor heating to all rooms in the house, in addition there is a wood burning stove in the living room. The house is highly insulated and small heating costs can therefore be expected. On both the covered and the open terraces you can stay completely undisturbed, as the terraces border directly on the dune plot. For the kids there is a sandbox. There are also 2 dog kennels and a fenced terrace. The house has the option of charging an electric car. There are power plugs in the garage (bring your own charger). Not for rent to youth groups.

Die Hütte war gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig, Der Check-in-Prozess war reibungslos, und die Gastgeber waren sehr entgegenkommend, Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!
Geräumig und komfortabel! Wir fanden alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten, und die Kinder liebten die Sandkiste, Außerdem war es ideal, so nah am Strand zu sein für unseren Sommerurlaub,
Gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage nicht weit vom Meer entfernt,
Das Haus ist zwar für 10 Personen ausgelegt, aber durch die Aufteilung auch für zwei Personen gemütlich, Wir haben ausschlieÃlich mit der Fussbodenheizung geheizt und wirklich wenig Strom verbraucht, Der Alkoven im Wohnzimmer ist echt kuschelig und Küche und Badezimmer sind komfortabel und sauber, Wir haben nichts vermisst,
die Nähe zum Strand, der groÃe Wohn- Essbereich, die groÃe Terasse mit hochwertigem Mobiliar und ausreichend Liegen

Die Situation ist ausgezeichnet, Ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand,
Es war gut eingerichtet, besonders wenn man mit der ganzen Familie mit Erwachsenen und Kindern im Urlaub ist

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut/ruhig, Das eingezäunte Grundstück war perfekt für unsere Hunde, Das Haus ist sehr gut isoliert, daher perfekt für einen Winterurlaub geeignet, Die Ausstattung in der Küche war soweit okay, Die Betten war gut, Leider wurde das Haus vor unserer Anreise nicht kontrolliert (Toilette war nicht gereinigt),
Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Der offene Küchen-/Wohnbereich war perfekt für uns, um abzuhängen, und die Kinder liebten das Aktivitätszimmer, Der Außen-Whirlpool war auch eine schöne Ergänzung, obwohl wir im Winter extra dafür zahlen mussten, Es war es wert! Die Lage ist perfekt, nah am Strand und einigen süßen Restaurants, Würden diesen Ort auf jeden Fall empfehlen, besonders für Familientreffen!
