Large and well-appointed holiday cottage with lots of interesting details and activities centrally located i Blåvand. The pool area has both a large swimming pool with slide, large built-in whirlpool and a sauna. The pool is 20 m2 and has a slide for the children. There is a counter-current system in the pool. In the activity room you can play table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. There are more TVs as well as PlayStation4 and blu-ray player. The house has an optimal layout with modern furnishings, is spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping areas. Each area has a bathroom and there is an additional bathroom near the swimming pool. Furthermore there is a large and spacious mezzanine. The large living room, with exit to the terrace, is the natural gathering point with a sofa area, dining section and kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen has a cooking island and double dish washer, sink, oven, fridge and cooker which makes it easy to prepare dinner. The large terrace with exclusive garden furniture and fireplace is perfect both for a summer day in the sun and for cosy barbecues with friend and family. For the children there is play tower, sandpit and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Leben in diesem Ferienhaus! Sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, Die Sauna ist nach einem langen Tag einfach wunderbar, Würde auf jeden Fall mit Freunden zurückkommen!
Die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt, / Die Ausstattung, es hat nichts gefehlt,

Die Größe war wirklich schön, wir haben unsere Goldene Hochzeit mit Kindern und Enkeln gefeiert und es war stadtnah

Die Größe des Hauses und der Grundriss, / 2 Kühlschränke, 2 Geschirrspüler, 2 Kochfelder usw., Sehr gut durchdacht, / Lage ruhige Umgebung und dennoch nur 500 m vom Stadtzentrum von Blåvand entfernt über Fußwegverbindungen,
De Poolbereich und die Terassen, sowie det grossügige Wohnbereich
Angenehme Lage, naturnah und stadtnah, Gute Funktion m,h,t, Aufteilung des Hauses, wir waren 17 Personen und es hat gut geklappt,
Sehr geräumig und gut gelegen, Modernes Heizsystem,
Bad und Spielmöglichkeiten im Haus ( Kicker ,Billiard und Tischtennis ) ,
Schön groß, gute Inneneinrichtung,
Sauber und ordentlich, / Spielautomaten in einem Raum, in dem die Türen geschlossen werden könnten, / Guter Poolbereich,
Schön, dass die Zimmer in Gruppen von 3 Zimmern und den dazugehörigen Badezimmern liegen. Schöner Platz, da wir mit 12 Erwachsenen und 8 Kindern unterwegs waren
Was mir nicht gefallen hat: / 1, in den Schlafzimmern konnte man nur eine maximale Temperatur von 18,5 Grad einstellen / 2, Die Pfannen im Haus (Teflon) sind zum Teil sehr beschädigt und nicht mehr einzusetzen
Gute Aufteilung, Genügend Bäder, groÃer aktivitätsraum , ortszentrum fussläufig erreichbar
Die GröÃe und Aufteilung der Aufenthaltsräume, Die qualitative Ausstattung des Hauses, Der Lärmschutz der Zwischentüren,
Raumaufteilung gut, man hört aber vom Aktivitätsraum in die angrenzenden Räume, / Wirklich schöne Küche, Familienzimmer, aber die Öfen backen schief, Grüße der Koch, / Wunderschöner, schöner Poolbereich, Terrasse, Lage und Naturgrundstück,
Die Küche und die Aufteilung der Schlafräume,
Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, Der Außenbereich mit Spielplatz und großer Terrasse sorgte für schöne Abende unter dem Sternenhimmel,
