The property is set on a large natural plot close to the forest and within walking distance of the lagoon, where you will find a restaurant, ice cream kiosk, fishing lake, and a campsite with access to a swimming pool (for a fee). The lagoon is located halfway between Hals and Hou, and the beautiful beach is only a few hundred meters away. The house offers two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is no TV package, but you can easily stream your own channels via Chromecast. Heating is provided both by a wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump. From the living room you step directly onto the southwest-facing wooden terrace, which is partly covered and equipped with an inviting outdoor whirlpool where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful natural setting. The garden offers a cozy atmosphere with a swing and trampoline for children (use at your own risk). The location combines nature, family-friendly activities, and proximity to the coast, making it an excellent choice for both relaxation and adventure. Please note: the house is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
