Welcome to Brignéoc'h, a charming village in Audierne Esquibien, where this holiday home with a sea view is nestled, ideal for a family or friends' stay. Located just 100 metres from the fine sand dunes of Saint Tugen beach, one of the most beautiful in the region, this house offers you an exceptional setting between preserved nature (Natura 2000 site), the Atlantic Ocean and hiking trails (GR34 in the immediate vicinity).
This house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:
Ground floor: Fitted kitchen (dishwasher) with direct access to a large outdoor terrace for sunny meals, living room with wood-burning stove and TV. 1 bedroom with 1 bed at 1.60 m. Bathroom with bathtub, shower. Separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 0.90 m, Loggia with bacon and lovely sea view.
