Holiday house built in 2022 with a lovely panoramic view to the north, Nord-Fugløya and the midnight sun. Great for experiencing norhtern lights! Natural plot, hiking terrain right outside the door. Fishing opportunities in river and sea. Perfect for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities and loves nature. 92 m2 cabin with open solution between the kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and a loft. One bedroom with a double bed and one with a family bunk (150 cm) with 3 beds. The cabin is well equipped and pleasantly furnished. Parking space summer and winter right outside. Underfloor heating in all rooms. The cabin is located 90 m from the sea with a great view to the sea and mountains Lyngsalpan from living room and terrace. The holiday home is open to all directions, great place to experience northern lights as there is little light pollution. Great hiking opportunities. At Lyngseidet, there is a alpine slope, and groomed cross-country and light trails can be found at Jægrevatnet. There are also ski and snowshoe rentals, and kayak rental during summer. The nature in the area is idyllic with forested moors, beautiful pine heaths, gushing rivers and steep peaks. Rich wildlife. Freshwater fishing is possible in the lake Jægervatnet. Please check fishing license. Hiking destinations in the immediate area such as Støa, Nesset and Skavåsen and a little further away Blåisvatnet, Aspevatnet and Jægervatnet. Many family-friendly hiking options, and at Aspevannet and along the Russelv-Lyngstuva hiking trail, there are picnic shelters, outdoor activities, benches and campfires.
