One bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a crib; the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, and underfloor heating for added comfort. Modern amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, stove, and an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring a convenient and eco-friendly stay. The property offers ample parking, including a carport, and sits on a nearly 1,000 m² plot, providing plenty of space for children to play and for enjoying sunny days or cozy barbecue evenings.
