The kitchen boasts a stylish island with bar stools, perfect for shared meals and casual gatherings. The living room is equipped with both a climate-friendly heat pump and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings. From the living area, guests have direct access to a partially covered terrace and the expansive garden, ideal for outdoor relaxation and play. The living room TV comes with Chromecast for streaming your favorite content. The house includes three bedrooms: two bedrooms feature a family bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above, while the third bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The fully enclosed plot ensures children can play safely, and there is ample space for outdoor activities on the large lawn. A variety of play equipment is available, including table tennis and darts, making it perfect for family fun. This property offers a combination of modern comfort, family-friendly amenities, and a secure, private outdoor space. Rental is not permitted to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, Wir fanden die Betten sehr gemütlich, Unsere Tochter hat sich sehr über das Hochbett, das Klettergerüst und die Kücheninsel gefreut, Das Haus hat zudem noch ein schönes groÃes Grundstück, Das Ferienhausgebiet war auch gut gelegen und wir waren schnell am Wasser,
