Beskrivelse

Set on a hill with panoramic views over the Bay of Cupabia, you could enjoy a relaxing holiday in exceptional surroundings. Between the mountains and the sea, above the beach of Cupabia, the residence is located in the small town of Serra-di-Ferro. A total of 115 apartments and semi-detached houses are located on a 6 hectare hillside property with palm trees, shady trees and Mediterranean plants. The complex has a communal pool (heated seasonally, opening depending on the weather) as well as leisure activities such as boules, mini golf and a playground.
You can reach Cupabia beach on foot in about 30 minutes, and the town center is 200 m away. In the fishing town of Porto Pollo, 7 km away, there are further beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities.
The well-known Mare e Monti Sud hiking trail leads past the residence.
